The downloaded Application is owned and operated by T-Logic Softhouse. The application is provided by T-Logic Softhouse (“T-LOGIC SOFTHOUSE,” "We"). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Application, enabling the use of applications by T-Logic Softhouse. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all services provided by T-Logic Softhouse and remain valid for all future transactions. By establishing or running the Apps, you clearly indicate your acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

You agree that services may not be available from time to time, and T-Logic Softhouse is not liable for your failure to use services for any reason.

11. Limitations of Liability

As per applicable laws, T-Logic Softhouse will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use services under any circumstances. 19. Application Contents and Charging

All requests for refunds and amelioration are dealt with by Apple, and not by T-Logic Softhouse. You may submit a request via: https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

Different fees may apply based on country for in-app purchases. Users are responsible for understanding fees, which may vary based on account settings. Services automatically renew unless canceled. T-Logic Softhouse reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or reject any service at any time, with no refunds for deleted accounts violating Terms and Conditions.
